Headingley FAQs.

Is there parking available?

We don't have on-site parking, however there are several streets close by that are all 'two hour no return' parking areas, including parts of North Lane as well as Chapel St, Cross Chapel St and Chapel Pl.

The best option in our opinion is The Headingley Taps — their car park is only 50p per hour and free for the first hour! There is also a pay and display car park behind Manahatta and behind Ecco Pizzeria.

Do you take bookings during the day?

For our breakfast/lunch menu (09:30–16:00) we take bookings for groups of 6 and over. Otherwise we operate on a first come, first served basis. We take bookings for Bottomless Brunch at any time.

Do you take bookings during the evening?

Yes! We take bookings for diners from 5pm. If you are just here for the bar then no booking is required.

Do you allow laptops?

Yes and no. Mostly no. During the weekends it's 100% no. During the week we are a bit more flexible. If you are having a working lunch and want to use your laptop whilst waiting for your food, then that's fine. Or if you've eaten and want to use your laptop after your meal, that's fine too.

Off peak (Monday to Thursday 15:00–17:00) if you want a drink whilst you do a little work, no problem at all. Please bear in mind we don't have plug sockets around the restaurant.

Can I just come for a drink?

Yes. During the day we use most of the restaurant for dining only, but reserve an area for those just wanting a coffee or alcohol. We are licensed from 9am.

In the evening, absolutely. We have a full bar, cocktail menu and more, so come on down for a drink!

Are you child friendly?

Children are welcome until 21:30. From 7pm, under 18s are welcome until 21:30 provided they are dining and supervised by a responsible adult. We do ask that children are always supervised, with bums on seats and no climbing over furniture — we are a busy venue and would like to avoid anyone getting knocked over. We have a small children's menu, high chairs and a baby changer on site. We appreciate help with cleaning up after your children. On busy days we have limited space for prams and buggies that don't fold up, but will always try our best to accommodate them!

Are you dog friendly?

100000%.

Do you have an allergen menu, and do you cater for gluten free?

We have a full allergen matrix on site which breaks down each dish and lists its allergens according to the Food Standards Agency allergens list. Please ask a member of staff for a menu or advice if you have an allergy.

We try our very best to cater for people with Coeliac Disease. However, we can't guarantee certain items that have a 'may contain traces' warning. To avoid cross contamination in our kitchen, we use different coloured chopping boards and knives, recommended gluten-free alternatives and different cooking methods. We also have a gluten-free fryer which never has any gluten products through it. Please note, there are still gluten-based products in our kitchen.

Do you have disabled access?

Yes. Our door and entrance way is 1.2m wide, so it is wide enough for wheelchair access. The front section of the restaurant is accessible and we have a disabled access toilet. If you require a table with wheelchair accessibility, we recommend phoning us first so we can get an appropriate table ready.
